Summary
The Sunderland Partnership is a collaboration between numerous public and private institutions, as well as the community and voluntary sectors, to improve the quality of life for all city inhabitants. One of its programmes oversees the active sharing of “end-of-life” products in order to reduce costs and avoid waste. Warp It, a software program that enables different organisations in a particular region to connect and exchange products, is used to achieve these objectives.
